Dear colleagues,
We warmly congratulate you on the New Year holidays.
The year 2025 was intense, challenging, and at the same time profoundly significant for all of us. It became a year of deepening professional competence, inner growth, reflection, and strengthening. In difficult circumstances, we continued to do our work with dignity and responsibility, remaining present for people in their most vulnerable life moments.
Each day, we support our patients in developing a deeper understanding of the self, help alleviate exhausting symptoms, and accompany them through processes of psychological change. We assist in the search for meaning, the restoration of inner balance, and the capacity to endure pain, loss, and anxiety while preserving hope and trust in the possibility of change. Our work together extends far beyond professional practice alone. It represents a meaningful contribution to social well-being and to the future of mental health in Ukraine, supporting the development of a more mature, reflective, and resilient community.
We sincerely thank you for your trust and for choosing the Ukrainian Association of Transference-Focused Psychotherapy and the Ukrainian Institute for Personality Disorders Studies for your professional development. It is a great value for us to walk this path together with you, sharing common values, ethical principles, and responsibility in such a complex yet deeply humane field as psychotherapy.
Together, we continue to build a space of knowledge, support, and professional growth, where each specialist can learn, develop clinical thinking, deepen their understanding of mental processes, and feel the support of colleagues and the professional community. We believe that true professional strength emerges through mutual support, dialogue, and continuous learning.
In 2026, we are preparing new training courses, advanced educational programs, and meetings with leading trainers and practitioners in psychotherapy. Our unwavering goal remains the same: to uphold the highest standards of education and to share only effective, deep, and empirically grounded models of psychotherapy. We will announce all upcoming events in advance—please follow our email newsletters and social media updates.
Continue learning with us, deepen your experience, and open new professional horizons.
We wish you a happy New Year 2026.
May it bring you inspiration, inner stability, clarity, professional achievements, and joy in the work you love. We wish you time and space for rest, self-care, and the preservation of inner balance—because this is where the capacity to be a support for others is born.
We wish you and your loved ones peace, health, warmth, harmony, and light in your hearts. May there always be room in your life for hope, faith, resilience, and new possibilities.
We believe that 2026 will become a year of victory, recovery, and a brighter future.
Wishing you warm, peaceful, and memorable New Year holidays.
Best regards,
